Neither ADMIN_PASSWORD nor Google sign in is set up, so the page stays disabled rather than leaving an unprotected admin page on a public URL. Set the password with:

Every conversation the booth recorded, transcript included. Turns are written as they are spoken, so a conversation that never ended cleanly is still here even though it never became a lead on the board.
Adds to the fifteen files shipped with the booth. Takes effect on the
next conversation, no redeploy. Markdown with ## headings
retrieves best, because heading text is part of what gets matched.
One ## heading per question or topic. No em dashes: the
voice reads them badly. Never write a price you would not honor, since
the avatar will say it out loud as fact.
Markdown, text, or a PDF. PDFs must contain real text: a scan is a picture of words and will be refused rather than indexed empty.
